Description
Wireless N USB Adapter TL-WN722N allows you to connect a desktop or notebook computer to a wireless network and access high-speed Internet connection. Complies with IEEE 802.11n, they provide wireless speed up to 150Mbps, which is beneficial for the online gaming or even video streaming. Also, wireless security encryption could be established simply at a push of QSS (Quick Setup Security) button, preventing the network from outside threats.
Wireless N -Speed & Range
Base on the IEEE 802.11n technology, TL-WN722N shows more excellent abilities of mitigating data loss over long distances and through obstacles in a small office or a large apartment, even in a steel-and-concrete building. Compared with legacy 54M products, TL-WN722N delivers performance enhancements, allowing you to have a more joyful surfing experience, including sharing files, watching streaming media.
Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) automatically avoids conflicts between channels using its clear channel selection feature and allows an increase in wireless performance.
External removable Antenna High Gain
TL-WN722N is equipped with an external antenna with high gain of 4dBi that can be adjusted or rotated in various directions to accommodate different operating environments. For more demanding applications, the antenna can be replaced with another with higher gain.
QSS button - Rapid wireless encryption
Compatible with WI-FI Protected Setup ™ (WPS), the Quick Security Setup function allows you to almost instantly setup wireless security, simply press the "QSS" button to automatically establish a WPA2 secure connection. Not only it is faster than manual configuration, but it is also more practical because there isn't the need to remember the password of your wireless network!
WPA/ WPA2 Encryption - Advanced security
In Wi-Fi connections WEP encryption is not the safest for some time now. To protect effectively the TL-WN722N wireless network supports WPA / WPA 2 encryption that is designed by the Wi-Fi Alliance Industry Group, an organization that promotes the WLAN security.
