The new generation of ubiquiti airMAX ac 2x2 MIMO sector antennas offers excellent performance, better interference isolation and coverage.
The antenna is designed for Rocket 5ac radios. It is also compatible with the Rocket M5 series models.
A step forward in terms of performance
The sectional airMAX ac is highly resistant to interference caused by co-location installations. The innovative design of the adjustable baffles, together with the reduction of lateral and rear radiation lobes, rejects interference produced by other transmitters in the area - potentially in the same tower.
The improved signal-to-noise ratio (S/N or SNR) allows the use of higher modulation, such as 256QAM rather than 16QAM. This increases the number of bits per second.
