It's a dual-band wireless router 450Mbps "all in one" with 2 USB slots for use coupled to external storage media and drives 3G, Samba servers, FTP servers, and more.
It also has Gigabit LAN and WAN ports which provide the maximum speed possible today.
Dual Band Concurrent
The N450R is compatible with the full range of wireless standards (a / b / g / n).
Also thanks to the support of MIMO 3T3R technology allows transmission speeds of up to 450Mbps for 5GHz, and up to 300Mbps for 2.4GHz.
Beam Forming
WDS Only
Use this mode to connect your local network LAN with another remote LAN.
Adapters
In this mode, the N450R will function as a wireless card to connect to an access point or router remotely.
File Server
's a router all in one that combines the power of dual-band Wi-Fi with your network NAS or USB pen-drive to share files over a network, Samba server, FTP server, etc.

Beam Forming
It is a new wireless technology implemented to expand coverage in multi-floor buildings. The normal router / access point can not cover well different planes, this unit with the Beam Forming can dramatically improve even on vertical coverage.
The router is effective for multi-level communications in the presence of walls and obstacles typical of indoor environments. Use "Directional Sensing" and technical "multi-path" to achieve this goal.
IPv6
IPv6 is the next generation of network protocols. When the 4.3 billion IP addresses provided by IPv4 will be unable to meet today's needs, IPv6 will be ready to provide better services.
The N450R supports both IPv4 and IPv6.
EZ Qos
EZ QoS allows you to prioritize and easily monitor network traffic by ensuring high speed to the types of traffic for you the most important.
For example you can give priority to the upstream / downstream traffic, DSCP rules, specific protocols and much more (games, VoIP, P2P, Chat, Video ...).

AP Router
In this mode, the access point acts as a normal wireless router. You can connect your internet line connecting through Ethernet cable to the WAN port, an ADSL modem.
